Compassionate yoga provides a safe, effective, and non-competitive environment that encourages giving yourself the gift of loving kindness. This is a form of gentle yoga and is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Class sequence is mindfully prepared to support any level of student in proper alignment. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A gentle yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.

YOGA SHRED is a cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) created by fitness and yoga expert Sadie Nardini. You'll experience a full-body cardio workout that takes Vinyasa yoga as a starting point. In this particular sequence the first portion of the class will focus on the breakdown of alignment in postures used in the HIIT series in the second portion of the class. The breakdown explanations supports injury prevention.
Power Vinyasa yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. The variable nature of Vinyasa yoga develops a more balanced body and helps prevent repetitive motion injuries that occur when you repeat certain motions every day. As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter a posture, remain there for a while and then leave. Vinyasa is a breath-initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred or most important to us.

Nada yoga, meaning "union through sound," is a yoga of sound. It is an ancient Indian system and science of inner transformation through sound and tone. Nada yoga is based on the premise that the entire cosmos and everything in it – including us – consist of sound vibrations, or nadas. Nada yoga uses sound vibrations and resonances to treat various spiritual and psychological conditions. It also helps increase one's awareness of the chakras and energizes them. In this class, sound will be incorporated through the use of Gongs, Singing Bowls, chanting and other instruments, in addition to the Vinyasa sequence in order to shift your energetic field.
Color Yoga
Color Yoga combines color therapy - through light and visuals – in conjunction with an asana that stimulates the chakras.Color therapy, also known as Chromotherapy, is the principle that certain colors are infused with healing powers. The seven colors of the rainbow/chakras improve balance and healing in the mind and body.
Musician's Yoga
This is a power Vinyasa sequence specifically designed to support strength and balance, and to prevent injuries for a musician who uses repetitive movement to play their instruments.
